The model is structurely right. It is the highest quality as possible. There are columns, walls and stairs inside of building. In model there are options with and without underground storey. This model was created in archicad and imported to 3ds max, where rendering was made in corona. It is enough high-detailed. It includes max, obj formats and material library for 3ds max.
